Christian Charities USA is a federation of non-profit charities representing some of America's best faith-based and church-sponsored charities, bringing food, clothing, shelter, medicine, education, and Christian compassion to people in need - efficiently and effectively. Our members provide human welfare and benefit by providing homes for abused, abandoned, and homeless children; by building homes in Mexico for families who used to live in cardboard shacks; and by providing food, clothing and medicine to needy children. Our members provide humanitarian and missionary projects in more that a hundred countries, work with local churches to give needy children alternative to drugs and gangs, and provide support and assistance to those living with AIDS. They also work through local churches to bring peace, economic sufficiency, justice and reconciliation to communities around the world.
